The Finnish margarine used in FOODDUCK® spread dispensers contains 60% fat. The product meets the Finnish school meal recommendations and carries the Heart Symbol.

Finnish spread

The FOODDUCK® spread dispenser uses a modern pouch package that the device empties efficiently all the way to the end. FOODDUCK® Margarine 60 is a dairy-free, lactose-free, and soy-free vegetable spread suitable for a vegan diet. The product carries the Heart Symbol and is manufactured in Finland. 

After production, we pack the spreads in our own FSSC 22000 certified packaging facility in Naantali, Finland. This certification demonstrates our commitment to food safety, quality, legality, and continuous improvement.

Two pouch sizes are available for the dispensers: 940 g and 400 g. Below you can find a more detailed product description.

There’s no loss from half-used packages, as the hygienic FOODDUCK® pouch remains sealed inside the device. The same spread pouch can be used again at the next serving or safely incorporated into food preparation.

The innovative pouch packaging significantly reduces packaging waste. Portion packs and spread tubs are left far behind when it comes to the greenest choice – the pouch generates only about 10% of the waste compared to traditional alternatives. The pouch is also completely aluminum-free and much easier to recycle than traditional spread tubs.

What is the Heart Symbol?

The Heart Symbol is a label found on food packaging and in restaurants, indicating that the product or dish is a healthier choice.

Only foods with high-quality fats and reduced salt content are eligible for the Heart Symbol.
