In addition, we supply a wide range of written and digital materials to ensure all personnel stay up to date on its use and operation. FOODDUCK® is designed to make everyday life easier — and we are always here to support you.
3. My Foodduck app
After implementation, the My Foodduck app makes daily operations easier and brings customer support closer than ever. The app is available in Finnish, Swedish, and English, and allows users to explore the spread dispenser and its versatile features. All device-related information is conveniently available in one place. You can order spreads, request maintenance, and be an active part of the Duck community.
4. Support and maintenance
The monthly rental includes technical support and a maintenance service agreement. We ensure your daily operations with the spread dispenser run smoothly. We also utilize modern Assist AR technology, which allows maintenance assessments to be carried out remotely — real-time image and video are transmitted directly to our customer service screen. This enables us to guide and assist you quickly, exactly when needed.
